The staff was very cordial and expedited the diagnosis of the problems. I did however think that the side heated mirrors display lights, which were not illuminating, should have been covered under the 6 mo. bumper to bumper warranty . I was only told that the mirrors were heating and the lights were not functioning. I am happy with the dealership as a whole.

I left a voice mail about a problem with my 2022 Sierra on a Sunday evening. I received a call from the service manager early on Monday morning asking about the problem and was told to bring it right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me about what was the issue. I was given a very nice loaner vehicle as the problem would take a few days to fix. I think this was great service.
